Tandem is a very special restaurant where you can taste Neapolitan ragù and Neapolitan genovese, two traditional family Sunday sauces that are as good as they are rare: one based on meat and tomato, the other on meat and onion, both of which have to be cooked for eight, nine hours!

A true hymn to the patience and love of Neapolitan cuisine, these sauces are served at Tandem with fresh pasta, meatballs, mozzarella - or as a "scarpetta" with simple bread, just like at home! The result is a unique experience, enriched by the stories told by the staff about the origins and culture of these unmistakable flavours.
