The Technology Hub Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione rises in the heart of East Naples, within the former Enel Historical Archive complex, once the guardian of the “historical memory” of Italy’s electrical industry—an industrial site of great historical and symbolic value for the city. The complex, whose origins date back to the late 19th century, is an important example of industrial archaeology, now reborn as an Internationally Certified Technology Hub and Incubator dedicated to research, training, and innovative entrepreneurship.

The restoration and regeneration project preserved the original layout of the production spaces, reinterpreting them in a contemporary way to welcome innovative companies and advanced technology laboratories. Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione stands as a meeting point between tradition and the future, blending Naples’ architectural heritage with the needs of a constantly evolving technological and creative ecosystem.

CONFERENCE CENTER AND EVENT SPACES

Within the Technology Hub Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione, modular, fully equipped spaces are available for organizing events, corporate meetings, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.

The rooms, fitted with state-of-the-art audio-visual technologies and high-speed connectivity, are ideal for hosting events of various scales and formats. The environments retain their original industrial character, enhanced by large windows that provide a setting with strong aesthetic and professional impact. Complementing the indoor spaces is a panoramic terrace of approximately 300 m² overlooking Mount Vesuvius—perfect for coffee breaks, aperitifs, outdoor events, or networking moments in a unique and evocative atmosphere.

With a total area of 12,000 m², including 7,000 m² of covered space, Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione is the ideal venue for conferences, events, and exhibitions. Its multipurpose conference halls can accommodate a total of about 170 seats. The facility also features a large on-site parking area with space for approximately 50 cars.
